How it would suck to get this disease. This disease affects the integumentary system system and muscular systems. It disrupts homeostasis by cells dying. cells have to be living or else they become poisonous to the rest of the body and causes limbs to die off

Peripheral Arterial Disease disrupts homeostasis by lowering the blood flow to the cells in the body. As Chris said cells will die and infect the rest of the body. With out the oxygen flow to the cells in body could cause a complete body shut down.
