Melanoma

1. Bill can choose to use surgery, radiation, or biochemotherapy to treat his melanoma.
2.Bill should have the mole surgically removed because it will stop the spread of melanoma all together, after he gets it removed i think he should use biochemotherapy to make sure the whole disease is killed.

I totally agree because going through chemotherapy will most likely kill the remaining cells and can stop Cancer completely.

I agree because to me Surgery is the best way to kill the cells, and to make sure it doesn't grow back chemotherapy is a good option

I also agree because the melanoma has not spread, Bill caught it early on so if he got the surgery there is a great chance it will not come back and it will not spread

What makes you think the bio/chemotherapy will ensure that the whole cancer is killed? I think you should have given some details...

I agree with this, but I think chemotherapy should be used only if the cancer comes back. If it's not necessary it's best to avoid damaging someones body with that form of treatment.
